ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp. 

Order status updates and order message (if any) will be sent via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery. 

Do note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. 

Customers are best advised to get in touch with the shipping courier for latest update and any further information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Important: We are currently not able to ship our products that contain liquid out from Singapore. Oversea customers please do not place any liquid products from our online store.

Orders will be shipped out from Singapore to Worldwide.

International shipment receiving time is depending on your location. The delivery duration might be extended if there is any public holiday. 

Customer shall promptly pay all duties and any taxes charged during import to your country.

RETURN & REFUND

All order is not refundable after sold. 

MOSAICA is responsible to make sure that the item is securely packed. If the packaging opened and found that is damaged, please take the photo of damaged item with the packaging and contact us via email.

MOSAICA is not liable for any loss of products during shipping. Please contact the shipping courier for assistance if you have not received your parcel after estimated delivery time.
